Horse rider problem. I have a bad tailbone injury and need to know the best horse for a rider like me?

I most likely will mend up ok but the problem will be pesky. So I need to know if I’m allowed to keep riding what kind of horse would be the best type to ride. I’m familiar with gaited. Are some better than others? Thanks.

How long does a tailbone need to heal?

If you injured you tailbone and did get a check up could there be complications?

A little over a year ago I was praticing running long jump but they said that the sand pit was to mudy so they had me do it the grass wich was dryer with mourning dew. Knowing me a did it and landed flat on my but and it hurt realy bad that day. When I went home to look at my tailbone area it was black blue. For I while it hurt to even sit in chairs.
To even this day it still hurts if I go for long car rides. Do I have an injury to my tail bone? Is it to late to corect the problem?

My tailbone has been chipped in half for 4 years now. Ive tried the pillows and the pills. What else can I do?

How do I keep my tailbone from hurting during certain yoga poses?

I just started yoga, but whenever I try to roll up or down, or anything involving my bum on the ground, my tailbone digs into the ground and is very painful. Am I missing something?? I am definitely not bony…. I’m a good size 12.
